Dancing Fever

The moon had risen and the night enveloped the city into shadows, lights only glared from the frequented districts or the areas that were stealing electricity. However the club was fully ablaze in the downtown core where the survivors the reawakening gathered in downtown Seattle to remember. Sometimes to forget. Either way to lose themselves in the music and the booze and if they were lucky in the arms of someone for the night.

Silver flashed the bouncer a grin as he let her into the club without having to wait in line, careful to keep her teeth restrained. Her long black hair flowed over her pale skin to reach her tailbone. The abundance of hair was the only thing keeping her outfit decent, which was why the bouncer let her in and the indecency was why she didn't have to wait in line. The crimson velvet clung to all the right places with no back and on the short side. The fabric made her pale skin almost glow and brought out the gold in her eyes, where as the fabric matched her lips perfectly.

Silver could feel the eyes moving over her but ignored them, she was here on a mission and she didn't care about the majority of the mortals moving around her. She was almost deafened between the heart beats that surrounded her and the music that seemed to pulse in time with it. Shaking her head to clear her mind she moved into the crowd and towards the dance floor.

It had been a while since the vampire had fed but she rarely felt the need for blood anymore. No she was out hunting infinitely more difficult prey. She was told though that the bodyguard had a weakness for women and as long as she could capture his attention then hopefully he would be interested at least long enough to hear about the job and to see the girl.

On the dance floor she began to move, she had loved to dance since she had been a child, of course those dances were for nature and were with tired old men and ... She shut her mind down on that thought she couldn't waste time now on reminsces for those considered long gone and her heart couldn't handle it right now, the only thing that kept the vampire human was the young woman waiting for her and hopefully the body guard.

And then she saw him, leaning back in a booth with several other men and as she saw him his eyes were already on her. She flashed him a grin even as someone began dancing with her from behind, she turned to dance with the new comer. She danced with several men and women, slowly winding her way closer to where he sat.

He was good looking with long hair brown hair that fell in his eyes and chiseled features. "Mental note" she thought to herself "watch the girl with him, he is much to pretty and she is much too innocent for this one." With large shoulders she could see why he was good at his job and she only hoped that eventually she would see him moving towards her. The bodyguard had a reputation for playing fast and loose with women but at least being honest with them, he was there for a good time not a long time, he was also known for being reckless and doing whatever it took to get the job done and that's what she needed.
